why are 2 capacitors used in the circuit?
can 2 diodes be used for making 5v supply?

before ic 7805 C1 capacitor is used for redusing the
rippal in dc input supply wherever next C2 capactor is
uesd for filling the supply at the time of over loading on
ic 7805 .at THAT time C2 capacitor will feed the supply to
load and no any load will come on ic.7805.THATS OLL. C2
capacitor uesd only for protection of ic.7805.
