I got the offer letter from TCS..But the next day, HR
called me and told pls dont submit ur resignation letter
till we confirm you on this offer.
Will they confirm on this?? anyone faced the same situation?

Same thing happened with me in pune with hr prajakta
patil.i think the HR person having mental problem.
