QA stands for quality analysis. In this there is an analyse
of quality that is it going ok or not. That means total
review of the scenario.
Ex. Suppose in a bourn vita line the if there is a leakage
of oil from a pump which is seen by some one that is
analyse.
QC stands for quality control.Which mean that how to
control the quality of the product and also the quality of
a system.this is the action taken to control or improve the
quality.
Ex. same in the bourn vita line the measures taken to
improve the quality by changing the pump or providing seal
to it is quality control.
