Only For the safety purpse the secondary is short circiuted.It it is open heavy current ll flow and damage the equipment

WHAT SHOULD BE THE BEST CURRENT RATINGS (PRIMARY / SECONDARY)FOR A CT INSTALLED AT THE INCOMING 11KV PANE?
