by asking strength and weakness interviewer is trying to
know how much do we know our self,don't be emotional on this
point and tell ur weakness that will cost u ur job,so tell
weakness tht is noway related to profession.......
U CAN SAY :-
like my strength is
1) hard working...
2) self confidence...
3) hunger to learn.....
4) good team player...
5) flexibility in working style (adoptive to situation..)
6) the most important one being tht i am not afraid of
failure ,and take it as opportunity to learn from my
mistake.....
u can add many more friends
for WEAKNESS POINT...
1) emotional..
2) i am afraid of speaking in front of group,i did not have
enough opportunity in recent to do the same....
3) over friendly ,tht some time costs me......
and u can say ,, sir i am aware of my weakness and i am sure
that with experience of life i will definitely come over
them...
