Headhunting is a profession where the recruiter targets the
people who are not interested for a job change. Headhunter
searches for the right candidates for his client
requirement. Headhunters will never serach jobs for the
candidate but viceversa. Headhunters are highly paid
professions in the recruitment industry. Headhunters
doesn't depends on the job portals or database of any kind.
Headhunting is an art of talking to people and not just
conveying the job opening to the candidates. Headhunter can
make or break any organisations, that's the power
headhunters hold.
