check your I-797 form where you can find your expiry date of H1 B,so it is ur maximum time,even my H1 b was approved in 2008 but i am attending the interview on jan 2010,ok

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. I am going for H1B interview at Mumbai Consulate very soon so expecting prompt answer for my case. Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?

Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it?
