In olden days reinforcing bars in concrete are not got
rusted even till now. But recently provided steel getting
rusted in concrete.
what are the probable reasons?

Answer Posted / pramod

This case happens because now a days we are getting third
class qualities cement. The first or second class cement
was used in olden days. Therefore now a days bars becomes
rusted. The first & second class cement looks different and
the manufacturing cost of 1st class cement is very much
therefore it is available very less in market
