1.By making sure that they have knowledge on BRS,SRS,TEST DOCUMENTS,TEST PLAN.
2.By conducting reviews,walk-through's,
3.Going through the test cases.
4.Test environment,change control and release strategy.
5.skills,staffing,team structure and training.
