I have completed my engineering in 2009 do i have a chance to go US for summer intake if yes when should i write GRE TOEFL.

Yes sir you may go in any intake and entrance test like GRE,
etc depends on your university requirement.
If you feel that you cannot give those stupid entrance test
then go for universities that dont require all these shit
and still they maintain good reputation and ranking...
All you need to do right now is start SEARCHING!!!

I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.
