I have been to South Africa(SA) on a holiday and i missed
placed my passport in SA and after that i came back to
india with a Transit visa. Now i applied for a new passport
and my passport carries a stamp stating that my passport
was lost in SA. So my question is that does the VO ask
anything about this issue and what would be answer??

Dnt worry, VO has nothing to do with your passport history
or the place that you visited before or your way of handling
passport.
If asked tell them the truth or say that you were robbed.
Nobody can confirm it after all.

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhi friends ,i m rejected twice .reason for 2nd time i hae taken emergency date 2nd time. so is there any rule we have to not take emergengy once we had taken . and now i have to stand but vo told if u stand bfore 6 mont i will permanently reject u .
