are the fields we might get jobs and as what,?? and do u
think the recession will have an imapct to us this in

As a MBA Finance fresher student it is difficult to get a
core finance job like –Financial planning, budgeting,
capital structure decision making etc.At fresher stage they
might get a Para-finance or Marketing job like- mutual
fund’s scheme sell, work in Insurance sector etc. Because
Every company likes to hire C.A, CMA/ICWA For those
responsible posts.
Recession create a negative comminuting between job seekers
& those persons who with job. Because every concern eyeing
on minimize their overall cost for the purpose set the
effective CTC standard to achieve recession time
organizational objective for that result they reduce their
manpower budget amount. And at this period every fresher
employee conduct with very hard bargaining of his
compensation and that time is also very difficult for
survival of little inefficient employee & job seekers have
to face very tuff competitive bidding interview situation.

I am using log-returns in a study, and I use CAPM to predict the expected return. When calculating the expected return from CAPM, how do I approach with log-numbers? Do I use log-numbers for interest rate, market return and beta, or only the first two?
