What motivates you to do your best on the job?

Answer Posted / rupesh bari

I feel that good job means where you find good culture and
good working environment & which you do satisfactorily,
enthusiastically and confidently with high spirit of
excellency. Therefore I would like to state that I am highly
motivated by my confidence to excel in my life. It is
obvious for some people the motivation is required but for
some others their confidence is sufficient.i.e they are self
starters and I believe that I am a self starter to do a good
job.
