manpower management is the planning and forecasting of the
human resources needs of an
organisation,obtaining ,training and retaining of these
human resources and ensuring their optimum utilisation.to
ensure continuity a policy on internal and external
succession must be established to fill vacancies whenever
required.To remain viable the organisation needs to be
adequately staffed with the best qualified persons in each
position.
