i got visa to 1 university..for spring 11.. can i change my visa to another uni before leaving india?
Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Some info about me I'm a Computer Science graduate, I am a Webmaster and I run my own business and I sponsor myself for my Masters in Software Engineering. 1. Why this University? 2. Why did u change your University, (Why not apply to the same University)? 3. Why did you wait two years to re-apply? 4. How will u pay for your second year class? (I have enough account for the fist year only i.e. $25,000) 5. your bank book shows huge amount of money entered within a week...would you explain that? 6. What will you do after graduation? (I've a Business, with a Business license, and will continue my business...add if u have any answer) 7. Why Software Engineering? 8. Why this School (Colorado Technical University)?

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records).
