out rotor from motor and if we give supply 440 volt to
stator then what happens?????

i have done this practically
nothing happend with motor
it is just nothing but transformer primary without secondary

In India the supply voltage is 230 volt A.C. During the negative half cycle phase becomes neutral and neutral become phase? or what will happen during negative half cycle? how the electrons flow during positive and negative half cycle?

I don't understand why when we connect high voltage source in DC to electronic motor , we must add capacitor and resistor in parallel ?
