electrical refers to studying of electrons behaviour in the
presence of electric and magnetic fields(amperes law,
faraday's law, lenz law)and applying the same to
manufacturization of big machines(ex washing machines,
motors)where we use ac.
electronics is the wisdom of applying the properties of
electrons of components(such as capacitor, inductor,
resistor,transistors which made up of semeconductors)and to
manufacture the electronic devices(amplifiers,
oscillators,ICs,processors)where we use dc.
so we can say that electronics is the one of the
application of electrical.
