bpo means (business process outsourcing).call center works
to customes problam solvation as like bridge to solve the
problam.call center is a one of the part in bpo.it work
through telephonic.in this call center there r 2
ways.1.voice based call center 2.non voice call center.it
is very suported for indian people which is india was
developing contery so in indian students or unemployes
would like to join in BPOs.but call center is one of the
part in BPO.BPO deals all the problams 2 travel data with
voice or in non voice to solve the problams to all the org
which was dealing through BPOs.
