what is the pperating squvance in transmission line for
circuit braker, isolater & earthing switch.

in case of maintainance first open the circuit breaker then
open the isolator then close the earthing switch
and while charging the line do exact reverse i.e. open
earthing switch first then close isolator then finally
close circuit breaker.
