Why you have worked under Contract Basis? why not permanent
job basis?

i can say if we r doing a job under contract basis we can
learn a huge of things and also we can enhance our Knowldge
in the future when we will get a permanent job we donot
have to face any problems like a communication
Skils,hesitation etc.

i am from bpo sector and have a intervirw with ocwen financial corporation for bpo job so what kind of questions i can expect there
