i have attended h1b on 23rd of this month at chennai
consulate.VO gave me 221(g) blue form and asked me to drop
all the docs which she was ticked.my problem is i didn't
kept the copies of ds-156,157,.....i tried to download from
vfs site.but while providing the information i got invalid
mother's name even i entered it correctly.what i have to
do?how can i get these documents.please help me.

HI Guys.My H1B visa petition got approved for the year 2008- 2009. I am filling the application form consulte intervew. the questions currently i am working X company and i have applied for H1 visa through Y company. but before this i have applied for L1 visa through X company and when it comes to RFE the X company has withdrawn the petition from the USCIS. So now while filling DS-156 there are questions like 1. is u r visa cancelled or revoked before? 2. Is any other has applied for Immigrant visa on behalf of you before? so what answers i have to give for above questions since my X company withdrawn L1 visa petition from USCIS. if i say NO/YES what will be the problem. pls answer if anybody experienced this.

I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Hi, I have not filed my IT returns for 2008-09 as my income was NIL due to unemployment. IT dept.even refused to accept a NIL form. If I do get a job offer from US and have to apply for a business visa, would I need IT returns for 08-09?
