APIPA stands for automatic Private IP adress.
It is a range of IP adresses which is reserverd for
automatic Ip assigning. During the falure of DHCP or any
situation when clint machine not able to get a IP adress
from network, it picks up a IPIPA Ip range between
(169.245.0.1 to 169.255.255.254.)
