Armour of the cable should be connected to earth if u want
take megger for R phase another 2phase are short and earthed
like wise. in this type of testing we can get exact leakage
current of the cable.b/w two phase R Y, R B,YB,YR and BR,BY

we have one oven for 12 zone we are installed ir lamp in oven we control load from thyrister and 0 to 5vdc so our zone no 8 getting bright in fraction of second so what we do.. Please answer
