MCB are used for small power application; usually used in the household appliances current rating is 5A.
MCCB are used in high power application in generation station above 100A;Rarely used but the most common used in industries is MPCB variable Rating of current adjust according to the load current of the the appliances. don't know about the ELCB just cheak out on Wikipedia...
