what is difference of domain and workgroup

domain:- a group of computers connected together in network
and that network contains DC domain controler where the
users are created and managed by the admin and users in a
order DC where the active directory service is installed
it maintains all computers and it provides services to all
client computers
workgroup:- work group is a group of computers where every
computer is server and client there is no DC and there are
no users everey computer can provide service to another
computer this type of network is called as PEER to PEER
