Can I have the IT returns of the US company?
I am a Senior Software Engineer. My eldest Sister is a Permanent resident and my elder Brother is a Citizen of US. I want to go for H1b visa. If the Imigration officer poses me a question as "If any of my family memebers are there is US". Is it a hindrance for me to get the visa because of settlement of my Sister and Brother in US.

Hi I am working with XYZ company and the employer is appilying for H1B visa.I have lost the tax filed returns form ITR form of 2009-2010 assessment year but I ahev the form 16 where the tax payable amount is zero there .I ahve the cheque which I got 160 Rs as the refund amount .Will it be a hurdle for my H1B visa stamping.

Hi, I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3 yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California (currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years). Qualification: B.com (Computer's) Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor. 1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa? 2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience? 3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then come back to India then file H1 application? My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs.
