Both have there differnt vlaues Sun Certified Java Associate
(SCJA)Its up to associate level SCJA....if you want to go
towards development just go for SCJP which is minimum
requirement for any other certifications ike SCJD, SCWCD,
SCBCD, SCDJWS, SCMAD, & SCEA. ...
