all contract are agreement but all agreeement are not
contract.
contract is legel agreament or relatioship that exist the
partiesto do or obtian a certian act.
contract can also be define as legal binding exchange of
promises between the parties that the law will inforce.
for a contract to be form there must be an offer made
backed acceptanceof which there must be considiration.
both parties involve must inteded to create legel relation
on a lowful matter which must be entered freely as should
be posible to form.
