Why we choose 400kv,220kv,132kv,66kv,33kv transmission
voltages for transmitting power. Why not other voltage
levels.

As generation level is generally 11kv or multiple of 11 and
the insulators are designed for 11kv level or multiple of
11 thats why transmission is also multiple of 11,
