BPO is known as Business Process Out sourcing. Bpo is
divided in to two types:- 1. domestic call center 2.
International call center.
In domestic we are a lot of operations taken place.
For eg:- we call for the domestic country and it might be
either in bound or out bound. and also we have back end
department is also there for either domestic or as well as
international call center.
