What are the latest employee evalution trends?
Answer Posted / anand kalyan iyer
WE are the trend setters!!!
We have companies using - 90 Degree, 180 Degree, 360 Degree
and now people are discussing about 720 degree.
90 Degree - you evaluate yourself and show your strength
and achievement.
180 Degree - your immediate boss evaluates you with your
stength and through some sources.
360 Degree - you would have all you top management, your
boss, your colleages, and also your companies major clients
in contact with you giving feedback about your behavior,
culture of work, timly reporting etc.
720 Degree - Here you would have all people giving feedback
about you and this would also include the time you give it
tot your family and work. this is a more advanced appraisal
system. MNC's show their strictness when it comes to timing
in your work, They would count the actual time you spend in
your office which lead to no family life.
This is what i feel please correct me where ever i am wrong.
