but not fixed rate of dividend 2.prfference share holder
enjoy the prefference right as (a) return of the capital on
wound up of the company (b). fixed rate of divident

Why in a cash book receipts are debited while the same if received in our books recepits are credited. Why does cash book have a rule to debit receipts and credit payments.
