It is a proactive or defect preventaion process
QC-Quality Control
It is a Reactive process or detection and removel
process of defect
Now a days,
All for companies it must to have a International
quality certifications like ISO,SEI-CMM,CMMI,SixSigma
...etc
If company has some quality certification then it's
reputation will be improved in the international business
1.Client retention rate will be improved
2.Cleint get confidence on the compnay
3.it is possible to enter into international bussiness
4.cost will be reduced.....etc are key benefits of
quality certication of companies.
