You need to talk to the Supplier to expedite the purchase
and issue a letter (so called warning)that "if order is not
executed within 5 days (or any time you put) we will go
for "Risk Purchase" i.e. purchasing from some other party
at the risk and cost of the existing supplier.
here the difference between the purchase order and cost
involved by going into the "Risk Purchase Action" shall be
paid by the default supplier to the Purchaser.
Provided, that item shall be available in the market...
