Answer Posted / vijay jaswal
Hi Peeyush,
This is VJ from Delhi , well peeyush u r on contract basis
& ur salary is Rs.8,000/- it means it exceeds Rs.50,000/-
which is the limit for Contractors. so the co. will deduct
2.06% from ur salary as a part of TDS i.e; Rs.165/- per
month but it is refundable ......don't worry by filling
return u can get this amt as refund coz ur salary does not
exceeds Rs.1,50,000/- P.a .

Dear All, We are a trader and doing one E-1 sales. Supplier send the material by To-pay basis, we endorse the LR and sold to Customer. Customer has given the purchase order for Basic amount and freight amount also. That means we have to pay the freight and getting the reimbursement from customer. Is it create any tax implifications in E-1? Please claify the same at the earliest. regards Regards Thananjeyan.P
Dear Experts, I need your help in deriving a formula for calculating three taxes with a combination of cumulative and inclusive tax. Here are the examples with expected result. Please let me know the formula on how to get the given result. Example1: Total Product Value (V) = 1000 (with inclusive of all 3 taxes and below mentioned cumulative combinations) Tax1 rate is 10% and Tax1 is inclusive. Tax2 rate is 10% with Tax2 is inclusive and cumulative of Tax1 Tax3 rate is 10% with Tax3 is inclusive and there is no cumulative of Tax1, Tax2 Expected Results are: Tax1=76.34 Tax2=83.97 Tax3=76.34 Let me know formula to derive above values? Example2: Total Product Value (V) = 1000 (with inclusive of all 3 taxes and below mentioned cumulative combinations) Tax1 rate is 10% and Tax1 is inclusive. Tax2 rate is 10% with Tax2 is inclusive and cumulative of Tax1 Tax3 rate is 10% with Tax3 is inclusive and cumulative of Tax2 Expected Results are: Tax1=75.70 Tax2=83.27 Tax3=84.03 Please let me know formula to derive above values?
