ELCB= Earth Leakage circuit breaker
RCCB= Residual current circuit breaker
elcb looks for current flowing in the earh wire and is it
does not equate to the phase current , earth leakage is
detected an the CB trips.
rccb looks for the residual current ,by adding the phasor
current . upon any imbalance the CB trips on residual earth
fault.
