Cement :1> visual test : check for lumps if have then
rejected.2> cement sample rub in finger pour if feel
granular then its not fit for construction.
Aggregate : looking round in shape and flakiness percentage
in not more then 20%.
Water : clear visual(transprency,not durty) and potable in
taste
Fine Aggregate : 1> take a sample and placed in test tube
or in any transperent flask etc. and add water leave for
half an hour and see fine agg.is settled down and silt and
other impurities in upper part.
2> New sample rub between hands if hands are durty means
sample is not fit.
