In a multiphase electrical system, the voltage appears
between any two phases or line i.e. between R-Y, Y-B, B-R is
called "Line Voltage"
&
The voltage appears between any phase or line and
neutral(R-N, Y-N, B-N) is called "Phase Voltage"
