I'm from sri lanka. i applied to enter the Univercity of
North texas for the next semester. i done it through a
local person. he is the one who handled all the document
things. after paying my tutuion fees he took 6 more months
to give me a reply. fianlly he gave me this I-20. but i
have a small quiz. that is i don't know he has paid the
money to the univercity which i have given him. if not
after arrving usa, i will get a big problem. how can i make
sure that everything is ok and i got the I-20 because the
payment is ok?

hi, i can surely tell u that he is a big fraud bcoz he cant pay the fee without admision.actualy in usa u r not supposed pay any tution fee before u get an i 20. U need to pay the application procesing. fee about 100 to 120$ depending on the university that i20 may be a fake and i am sure he cant pay the fee bfore u get i20

Dear, One of my close friend is in B2 Visa. Twice she went in B2 and came back to india. First trip to US in June 2008 and second trip to US in Oct 2008. I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School 12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period 1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?

Hii ,, mama, I got I-20 .. In I-20 they mentioned my expenses with tuition fee and everything as $24K and my total value of GA as $27K. so I am getting excess of $3000 for one year.. Now my question is how much I have to show at the time VISA interview? My father is farmer .My father doesn’t have any liquid assets but we have lands and immovable property around------ ----- I can show my maternal uncle and aunt liquid assets around 15 lakh…and immovable assets around 50 Lakhs,, they both are doctors..what are the documents I have to show ? Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant
