Hi My name is Yash Podgownkar born in a small village
called pervisi of Madhya pradesh. I am 19 years old.I did
my primary schooling in a district govt. school. After that
for my high school I came to kolkatta and complete my
secondary and higher secondary examination from lake view
school.
then I started my career with Wipro hyderabad as technical
associate after my higher secondary and my age was 17 where
I worked for 2 years. I was promoted as a Quality analysts
within 6 months then after one year I was esligible for IJP
and got promoted as a TL.
Now I am looking for a change in career where I can enhance
my skills with an esteemed orgnisation. So, I am looking
for asst. manager or group leader post.

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for. What is the best answer that I can possibly give? I am being judged for stability wihch is not true in my case
