How to get -10volts DC from 10 volts peak to peak sine
wave?? Design the circuit??

First give the sine wave to a full wave rectifier followed
by a filter to get 10v dc output. Use this dc voltage as
supply voltage for a 555 timer used as an astable
multivibrator.The output square wave is then given to the
following ckt to produce the reqd. -ve voltage.
