WHENEVER THE SUPPLY IS GIVEN TO THE TUBE
THE CHOKE WILL GIVE SUPPLY OF 1000V TO THE TUBE AND
TUBE GET IONISED AND FINALLY GLOWING ONCE IT STARTS
AFTER THAT STARTER IS OUT OF CIRCUIT
