Generator: IT IS A MECHANICAL DEVICE WHICH IS USED FOR
CONVERTING THE CHEMICAL ENERGY STORED IN FUEL TO THE
ELECTRICAL ENERGY. IT CONSISTS OF FOLLOWING COMPONENTS
1.DIESEL ENGINE
2.TURBINE
3.ALTERNATOR
4.COIL WITH PRIMARY $ SECONDARY WINDING OF COPPER WIRE.

1.DISEL ENGINE CONVERTS CHEMICAL ENERGY INTO MECHANICAL
WORK.
2.TURBINE CONNECTED WITH CRANSKHAFT OF ENGINE ROTATES
IN THE CORE(STATOR.
3.ALTERNETOR CONVERTS MECHANICAL ENERGY INTO ELECTRICAL
ENERGY.
4.WINDINGS ARE USED TO STEP UP OR STEP DOWN THE VOLTAGE.
