every single phase load will have a return path called
neutral wire.all neutral will connected together in a
single point and connected to earth ,this is called
earthing.the purpose of earthing is to send fault current
to the earth for avoiding damage to electrical equipments
from hazardous of fault current.we also do body earthing to
machines for earthing leakage current coming to its body.in
body earthing we wont connect neutral.
