Learning Linux Administration is not a bad part. But as you
have 5 and half years experience. I will prefer you to
learn Solaris instead of Linux. and also if you can learn
the backup solutions like Veritas or any firewall like PIX.
It will be an added advantage. Although linux is powerful,
low cost solution, but all the major companies prefered
Solaris for robustness and service. Sun is very good in
delivery and solutions. So my advice is with Solaris.
