First make a effective relationship with distributors.Always
show that your product is best among other products & by
selling it you can make a better image in the market.Time to
time motivate him by apprasing him & give company's gifts
/incentive as possible as.Make sure the availability of your
product at his counter,always try to available products to
him as per his choice i think this is the effective way to
handle the distributors.
