My Strength: I have a team building spirit.
Adaptability/Adjustable nature.
I believe that rather than telling only mistakes of my
associates i have the quality to tell the way how to
improve urself so that same would not happen in future
which keeps their morale high.
I can build very good human relations and obeys my elder
persons as well as those persons at higher profile.
Weakness: As far as my weakness is concerned, my
communications skills and i m wrking on it continously by
reading newspaper, magazines, watching english movies with
their subtitles.
