I am an Indian studying in Germany for the past 2 years
(from 2007). In 2008, I applied for a B1 visa and got
rejected. And the counsellor gave the reason that i am not
staying long enough to travel USA. At that time, I have
completed 16 months. Now, 2009, again I am applying. And my
interview will be on 22nd april. In the last time and this
time, I have proper documents for attending the conference.
My question is : what they really want to know those who
want to travel to USA for 4 days?

Now I got the visa for 1 year with multiple entry type. The
conclusions made are:
1. minimum 1.5-2 yrs of stay in germany is required
2. Further, they want to verify our records.Therefore we
need to produce, the conference paper, our resume, our
achievements, etc. The process takes minimum 1 month.
If anyone want to travel for a conference in US, please
apply for visa before 3 months of conference date

Hi - I had attended US B1 visa interview on 19th July 2017 (Wednesday) and I got "rejected". Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?
