there is no possibility to have sales in debit
side of trail balance.
answer 2 ur 1st question
sales in debit side of trail balance can be
treated as sales returns.
treatment:
those sales can be excluded from gross sales
made.otherwise it can be written as sales returns in the
debit side of p&l account
