a different source of manpower supply.
Means right person to the right job at the right time.
Process of Recruitment Cycle
1) Anaylsis the job vacancy through Departments Head
2) Prepare the Job Description for that Position
3) Shortlist the CV
4) Call for the Interview
5) Shortlist that candidates
6) Functional Head Interview
7) Selection Procedure
8) Appointment the candidates.
